The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern all use of the Truth Ticker service (the “Service”). All software, logos, icons, text, graphics, and other materials on the Service are the exclusive property of Truth Ticker and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code.

By posting content to the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, display, reformat, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS.” THE SERVICE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Service cannot and does not guarantee any specific results from use of the Service. You understand and agree that you use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE SERVICE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
